Steakhouse
Rogelio's Steakhouse
This is the crown jewel of the property—dark wood booths, dim lighting, and that classic steakhouse atmosphere that makes you feel like you're somewhere special. The New York strip is their signature, and it's honestly better than it has any right to be for a casino property. The ribeye comes perfectly marbled, cooked exactly how you order it, and the sides (loaded baked potato, creamed spinach, garlic mashed potatoes) are generous and well-prepared. Service is surprisingly attentive; your server actually checks on you instead of dissapearing after taking your order. Friday and Saturday nights get packed with couples and special occasion diners, so reservations are pretty much manditory if you don't want a long wait. Locals swear by the happy hour special from 4-6pm when you get discounted appetizers and select wine by the glass.
